How do you change the Language in a Microsoft Computer?

I HAVE A MICROSOFT LABTOP

IT HAS WINDOWS XP

I TOOK IT TO MEXICO SO THAT IT COULD SELL BUT SOMEONE CHANGES THE LANGUAGE

NOW INSTEAD OF IT OF SAYING %26quot;WELCOME%26quot; WHEN ITS LOADING IT SAYS

%26quot;BIENVENIDOS%26quot; WHICH MEANS WELCOME IN SPANISH

WHERE THE %26quot;START%26quot; KEY IS IT SAYS %26quot;INICIAR%26quot; I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE CAUSE IM MEXICAN BUT I RATHER HAVE A COMPUTER IN ENGLISH

I believe you have a control manager or something like it under the start or start%26gt;settings menu. There should be a 'country' or 'language' icon (probably in Spanish) in that page.
