I have windows xp in russian. i think its service pack one. i would like to have it in english, but every time i have tried installing english windows xp it says that it wont work because the language on the my system doesnt correspond to that of what i am trying to install. I have tryed going to control panel and changing the language, but this does nothing. I would like to have an english version. if anyone knows where i can download something like this that will overwrite the russian windows i have currently installed, i would appreciate it. At the very least i would like to install sp2 in russian if not in english.I have windows xp in russian. does anyone know how i can change it to english?or get xp sp2 in russian?

The website is in Russian; so is the service pack.
As for English, Windows XP usually requires a different version for each language. You can add support for English through the control panel, but everything will still be in Russian. So you can buy a different Windows XP or you can just keep your Russian one.
