Go to settings and the language control, hit ctrl+alt+del twice and it should bring up a panel where you can change it . If this does not work something could be wrong with modum this has happened to me and this is what they told me to do.I am using windows XP and everything is in Chinese. Is your disk chinese? You may need to buy a new XP disk.I am using windows XP and everything is in Chinese. How can I change it to English?
I don't think it's possible. Microsoft doesen't want to allow people to convert a less expensive or bootleg foreign language version to an English version. You can convert an English version to a different language, but not the other way around, I think.I am using windows XP and everything is in Chinese. How can I change it to English?
It's So Simple

Just Goto control panel-%26gt;%26gt;Regional %26amp; language settings--%26gt;%26gt;Regional options--%26gt;%26gt;change your language to

ENGLISH(US) if not then goto advanced TAB in that properties only and change it to ENGLISH(US)
