I am using windows XP and everything is in Chinese. How can I change it to English?

I know how to access the language bar settings, but this does not help me. My operating system is actually in Chinese and I want to change it so that the system uses English. Please help and thanks in advance.I am using windows XP and everything is in Chinese. How can I change it to English?
Go to settings and the language control,hit ctrl+alt+del twice and it should bring up a panel where you can change it . I don't think it's possible. Microsoft doesen't want to allow people to convert a less expensive or bootleg foreign language version to an English version. You can convert an English version to a different language, but not the other way around, I think.I am using windows XP and everything is in Chinese. How can I change it to English?

ENGLISH(US) if not then goto advanced TAB in that properties only and change it to ENGLISH(US)
